Lou,

Keep you informed? Keep you informed? I see. I state fact and you come back with rubbish. Chris Dixon told you that if they lost it would be $2-3 million max? Hmmm. I don't think Chris would make such a statement because Chris knows that defending the case costs LNET $1 million in legal fees each quarter. In fact, if the liability was only a couple of million, LNET should be sued by shareholders for giving money to a group of lawyers that could have settled this case 2 years ago.

Unfortunately, you have no idea what you are getting yourself involved in (don't worry, the rookie analyst/banker at Morgan Stanley didn't even know that On Command was suing LNET when he picked up coverage--he just wants any deal he can get).

BTW, Lou, Dixon has had an $18 price target on LNET for 4 years. And as for ResNet, it has been a failure since the beginning (did you ever figure out why they couldn't sign any of the GE customers). That is why LNET is trying to find a way to spin out. Guess what? It isn't going to work.

As for Tim buying stock, maybe the officers and directors selling think that the case isn't going to as smoothly as you and Chris do. BTW, the case has been ongoing for two years and I believe the judge reviewed the response to motions this past week. Did Chris tell you this??

Good luck, you'll need it (weren't you involved in Vivus too?)
