Laz, I am trying to be nice here but who is being naive? Excusing or trying to come up with rational or plausible reasons is not in our best interests. There is a big difference between constructive criticisms that we shareholders voice and what the trash an bash crowd dump and leave behind on the thread. My point is, we need to be critical when it is needed as well as praise and cheer when warranted. Right now I would rather concentrate on the true facts as they exist, not speculate on who may or may not have known what was going on. Like Joe Friday, just the facts - and then a PLAN to correct them going forward. We need an assessment of the extent of damage and then hear how management plans to correct the problems. Kevin
