Fundementally, the company is sound.

Loss of interest is probably due to other pennies (perhaps those spoken of on SI)with news coming out sooner, with respect to ARXA's releases, like ICVI for example. No need to worry, it will bounce back 2 fold when news releases become closer. Depending upon where one is in at, seems appropriate to hold on for future news releases.

HOUSTON, May 21 /PRNewswire/ -- ARXA International Energy, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ARXA) announced today that it has entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire for stock and cash certain producing assets of OPMI Operating Company, Inc. and Todd C. Harwell individually. All of the production and prospects being acquired are in the Texas and Louisiana state waters and the Gulf Coast region. ARXA will develop and operate the properties in conjunction with OPMI and Mr. Harwell.

The press release leaves a lot of unanswered questions.

The first of which is who the heck is OPMI and MR. Harwell. Neither of which has ever filed with the SEC from what I can find. Second, is how much production and prospects are we talking about. In addition, where did ARXA get the money to buy said company. According to their filings with the SEC, they didn't much cash before buying them. And finally how will it effect the bottom line. If anyone talks to Bruce, maybe he can clarify.

MY NEW STOCK PICK!! VNSR. . .

Well folks, I brought out ARXA at .35. Many of you enjoyed a ride to levels as high as 1 1/2 in only days. Over a quadruple.
While ARXA is still a sound company, the risk reward ratio of other stocks are becoming more attractive than this one.
Currently I love VNSR. Currently .11 by .12. Not much info, but I hear that they will be announcing .07 earnings either this week or next (from upward revision of artifact appraisal). A fully SEC reporting company. In addition to the earnings, a major investment group is rumored to be "running" the stock, beginning early next week. . . target is .50. A major steal if any of these rumors are correct (which I firmly believe they are).
