Last night I had the opportunity to meet Ed Kroeker and Lyle Veilett, they came to Cleveland to give 2 presentations. The meetings were very informative and professionaly done.I would like to thank both gentleman for their time.People at the meeting were very impressed with what they heard. One thing I noticed was that just about everybody there took 2 to 3 DD packages to distribute to friends. There were a handful of brokers there ,some investors and some new people who are interested. There was a slide presentation followed by a question and answer session. They then talked to people after the meeting. These guys impressed me they are really down to earth. Here are a few of the things talked about: TT received the final draft term sheet this week.Financing is in place.I believe them when they say financing is no longer a problem.I was witness to that last night here in Cleveland.A firm here is lining TT up with city officials here and this firm will finance. They are also interested in financing other plants. As for John Hancock offering TT financing this is also true.$30 million packages. As many as they need.A concern of the gentleman from here was,he wanted to know if the lenders had territorial contracts in other words he wanted to know if his company could finance plants anywhere besides just this area.So don't worry about financing. Look for the release next week, and yes we will see Loyds of London insuring them. Ed also confirmed they are in talks with ten municipalities in Russia,12 in Valencia Spain for food and sludge and possibly as many as 50 to 100 plants for hog manure. US Filter is going very well.Look to see some big news from this in the next couple of months.I am hearing even sooner than that. Hamilton will be up to full capacity near end of June .Contracts are in place for 100% capacity. Ed also stated TT is looking at 105 sites in North America. He stated that not all sites may get plants,it all depends on the feasability study. The waste must be there. Look for the first plants in US to be in Mass.,New York, and Seattle. He claimed they are still trying to get a plant in Skagit. He also stated Olympic Capital wants a 5 plant package. Chino is looking very good.3000 tons per day there. When asked about Discovery Channel,he is working closely with the producer. It will be a segment during some type of science show they have,it will be aired in Canada, but will probably be shown in US also.AS for the Fox show that did not happen.IT is still in the works.TT did not have a beta version of the process. and is currently in the process of getting one. People who were there were very impressed.I would like to once again thank Ed and Lyle for coming down. Tom
