Your post 18913 is very insightful, it would appear that Ira may have had a number of people buffaloed. Fortunately, the damage appears to have been contained and the company seems to be taking the necessary action to put the house in order and get on with business. It is worth noting that the temporary CFO is from the CPA firm and this does add credibility going forward. All things considered, the stock did not perform badly today and, as long as the financials are released next week as promised and the data is consistent with that indicated, we can probably look forward to some stability and recovery. I would think that Arif, et. al., have learned from this debacle and we can expect this company to act in a professional manner in future.
