Don, Vivus does not have to worry about the Asian crisis like most of the tech stock companies. I still don't understand how companies like ZONA or MCHM can trade at their current prices. No approved product, no earnings, etc. Vivus has gone through a lot of timely paper work to get approval granted in other countries. I think that being so far ahead of other companies in the ED game along with the fact that unlike many other smaller companies, vivus manufactures it's own product should be a major plus looking to the future.
