Absolutely Sicko. Name the terms of the contract. Let's start by naming the fund you manage, your real name, your education, and I will be very happy to put my offer into the form of a contract. There are some very honorable people in SI who would be happy to serve as a go between, so ff you need an intermediary or wish to name a fiduciary please feel free to do so.
