Let me ask you the same question you have asked me so many times before on other threads.......

"Why are you, as a non-shareholder in this stock, posting here. What is your interest here, I can't understand why you, as a non-shareholder, would have any interest in being here."

Yes they are. The SEC has a clear policy and enforcement record regarding this.
