Well thank you John for helping to clear that up. I have to admit though that your refusal to answer whether you are a more than 5% shareholder seems a little thin. What's the big deal?

My motives have been consistently mischaracterized by you and the faithful supporters of CSHK stock. Regardless of what you may think I came to look at this thread and discovered that people here were shouting down those that were raising questions about this stock, just as you are attempting to do now. As I have done my DD on looking at this stock I have uncovered a number of red flags, that remain standing to this moment.

This company seems to have more subsidiaries than employees. This is a company that can not reveal even the state of incorporation of any of it's subsidiaries or any of the companies with which it is doing business. This is a company that has every product in the future with only management's say so that there are any real products on the way. This is a company whose management is in Toronto, that is incorporated in Nevada (with its sweetheart rules that effectively shields ownership), with subs apparently (though not confirmed) in Florida and a technical marketing arm that is by some reports operating out of PA. This is a company that doesn't have to file anything at all with the SEC until apparently November.

And to top it off you would lay the blame on myself and others that have raised questions about all of this without a thought that the management of this company is ultimately responsible for any ruinous outcome to your investment. Your cheerleading of even the slightest possible positive spin in the face of all of these questions is a remarkable act. I admire your perseverance in this regard. But these questions are not going to go away until answered by Cashco Management's management.

In light of the variable mood swings expressed by the denizens of other chat threads that have come to be known as the Yahoolies, I am sure that you can understand why I maintain my anonymity. What difference does my identity matter anyway. Questions are still questions regardless of who asks them. Intimidation and harassment won't make them go away. Even if I stop there will be others to carry the torch. The best way to see these questions go away is to exert your pressure to see that they are answered. But in this regard I think you are afraid of the answers that you will find, as you seem to have no appetite to have them answered.

Lies? Malice? This seems to me a rather odd statement, coming as it does from a person who's spent a great deal of time lately accusing various of us of 1) representing CSHK's competition (FBN), 2) being professional shorts, 3) working for crooked MMs, 4) working for J. D. Elliott.
