If I'm not mistaken, owning 5% or more would be a fact reportable to the SEC, IF this were a reporting company. That's why I inquired about the 5% level.

Sorry you were offended by the question, it was meant as an inquiry about your level of involvement with the company.

We'll go with your answer to jhild on that and wait for the SEC filings to see if there's anything else.

Actually, John, I think I've been pretty forthcoming about myself and my motivations in my posts on this thread. If you want to challenge the accuracy of anything I've said, I invite specific questions, not name calling or inaccurate generalizations.

I wish you no harm, and regret that your investment in this stock has turned out badly. Besides a personal curiosity about the CSHK story, my posting is also motivated by the desire that others who might be considering putting money into CSHK have the benefit of as much information as possible. I will continue to question inaccurate or incomplete information when if it's presented here.

That I choose to post under a pseudonym instead of my actual name is my business, and my right in this forum.
