This sounds weird, but try spraying hairspray (a lot) on the stains. Let it dry. The ink should stick to the hairspray and come off in the wash...

Spray and Wash might help. Don't dry in a dryer till it's all out. If it doesn't work try tie dyeing and blend it in or cut it off and then cut a few more holes in other places and you'll look cool. For tie dyeing instructions you'll have to ask Rocket - power to the people-Man.
also summer is here cut them off into shorts and become a stewardess.
