Runner-your last post, I think you mean to say "based on 50mm shares."

You are right-I don't see what will hold this price up.

Dear Runner: the fact alyd now has 50MM AUTHORIZED shares does not in and of itself mean dilution. These additional shares are currently UNISSUED so no effect. Now, if and when they ARE issued in some amount whether or not they are dilutive depends upon what they are issued for. Example, if they are used to acquire companies they may initially be dilutive or accretive. It depends upon the ratio of the shares issued to acquire compared to that companies earnings. GENERALLY, a public company like ALYD has a higher PE ratio than a private company. Thus if the RIGHT companies are acquired the could actually be immediately accretive and not dilutive. JDN
