Hi Jeffrey,

Under normal circumstances I would agree with you. However, since when does the price of this or any other stock have ANYTHING to do with fact. This is an emotional market and since LTX has disappointed the analysts the last, say, 7 quarters or so, they are being punished. Volume in the last several days tells me that mutual funds and big investors are running for the doors on this one. Not a good sign. I truely hope for all of your sake's that this company turns around, but I think it will be a long time before it does... say 3 to 4 quarters of better than expected earnings. You say in your argument against a $2 price that Fusion would have to be a dud. The question is not what we think, but what analysts think, and since stock prices tend to reflect future earnings capabilities and not trailing earnings, this tells me that the only people who have confidence in this piece of equipment are inside LTX. I am betting that analysts have a very good feel for market excitement over this product.

Sure, Asia probably hurt them and because of the ailing region, I am not sure Ando will be able to do anything with this partnership until the economic outlook changes in this region, meaning, IMHO, that there are still more quarters of negative earnings out there, and that will drive the stock price to $2.

I am leaving this thread for a while, because I know these thoughts will enflame some of you, and I have seen people get hammered for having a negative view, and since I sold I have no business throwing my personal opinions out. I will however, wait to see what reaction I get from this message before I leave so I can gage if all of you are still feeling the frustration I did for the 2 years I owned this stock.

Good luck to all.

Steve
