Mr. Sterling,

I just received a phone call from a friend of mine who is also
a shareholder of Airstar Tech. He told me about this bulletin
board. I have read some of the most unusual conversations that
leave me to wonder what is the purpose of this site. I find it
shocking to read such vulgar comments about a company that I have
invested a good portion of my retirement in. I have spoken with
Mr. Joe Lanza on numerous occasions and have found him to be a man
of great integrity and most concerned for the welfare of the
shareholders. To learn that he may be terminated as the consultant
for this company along with Financial Internet Group leaves me in
total dismay. If I remember correctly, it was my complete understanding that he has invested his childrens savings into this
company in order for the it to succeed when the company did not
have the ability to raise capital, which was needed to expand. For
this development to occur, I would have to question the managements
motives. For his dismissal at this juncture leaves me to wonder
what Mr. Lanza may have discovered regarding the current managements
dealings of fiscal responsibilities? Why has the Board of Director's
never called a shareholders meeting? Isn't this the responsibility
of the President to conduct such a gathering? This is the first
company that I have ever invested money in and not been invited
to such an event. This has me concerned. I have just become a
member of Silicon Investor and will be conversing on a frequent
basis in hopes of finding out what is going on with this company
and my investment. I hope that such vulgar comments will cease and
desist and we as shareholders can take this company in a direction
of profitability. I have read Mr. Lanza's comments and believe he
is looking out for the shareholders best interests. May he receive
the shareholders strength and support.

Sincerely,

Dr. Milton Schmidtz
