Starwalt, Runner, what Bob o. means with shareholder approval ALYD is
now capable of raising the # of shares if the management chooses so.

Bob Gruder mentioned at the meeting that 10MM of these shares could
be used for growth and the rest for a safety net for when the stock is
ready to split.

I took Gruder to be sincere and when I asked him about the capacity
of ALYD when flood gates open. He said $33 to $36 million lines of
codes in one month. On low estimates of $.35 to $.40 per L.O.C. this
is revenue of 34.5MM to 48.5MM per quarter.IMHO $2 per share is
definetly possible if Y2K becomes the focus of society, business,
and of course government.

GO ALYD GO

Star, only thing I'm pointing out is there is no dilution from the 50mm
shares on the basis of "authorized" stock. The $1.00 per share is valid as long
as the current shares "outstanding" are not increased.
Since BG is negotiating a purchase, he'll need either cash or stock,
or both to carry it off. Don't you agree? That's when dilution may occur!
