This is where my youth hurts me - I can only read about the past, but don't have the experience. << mike, i've had a few companies that will go down with the market avgs but not up. unreal. over time, they will meet their fair value, but i don't want to wait b/c if intel and voke get cut in ahalf, my smaller cap, more risky (as though valuation has nothing to do with risk!) stocks will get slimed, too. that is why i own a few puts (mu and amzn - hopefully!) to help ease my pain when the kahuna hits. i'm protected through october. we do live in interesting times.
