The only way you get a 10 to 1 here is 1) increases everywhere...customers, reductions in transactions costs and realization by the Banking Community that these people are their friends....that happens they write this in the history books If they don't it was one hell of a footnote.... I'll bet on 1 of the worst performers in 1998...and that is a bet that everybody except me is wrong...usually works.
