It is my understanding that we own the movies outright, to do
with as we please, although the word/name Godzilla is itself
copywrited. There have been a number of posts of late, from
Bruce, Joe Medsker and myself (perhaps others as well don't recall) that should provide you more information. Have a great weekend

GC,
It is my understanding that Muller Media has the distribution rights for TV and Cable only. When I talked with Bob Muller on May 8 he had already licensed his Godzilla package to 8 of the top 10 television markets. He also expects to close a major deal with several cable networks by the end of May. These contracts will certainly enhance the value of this division if Joe would decide to put it out on the market.
