Addi: I am stumbling along reading tea leaves too. So just remember whatever I say now may be overtaken by events a few minutes from now. I think Joe Vigliarolo, Dal, Cliff Casey and Dennis Casey have had it up to here with Joe Lanza and have pulled up stakes and left FIG. I am sure you are aware that Airstar's offices and FIG's were basically one and the same. Airstar has sent a communication to FIG essentially refusing to honor the Consulting Agreements. In other words, they put a stop payment on the checks. They also took the records with them. JL says it was done last night. I think the phrase is a Palace Revolt took place. I expect JV, et al. will now contact Andy Proctor for help, or they should. I am sure they have legal counsel now and, at some point, will seek shareholder ratification of their control. I don't think Joe Lanza has enough stock to control the Board of Directors. He will try and get enough common stock (he needs 15%) to call a Shareholders Meeting to try and gain control. I don't know how much stock that JV and the directors control, but I can't believe they went this far without having the votes. So, where do we go from here? I expect Joe Lanza is burning up the phone lines trying gain as much support as he can. I hope that Joe Vigliarolo gets online, or whatever, and shows that he is in control of the situation. Many of the comments I referred to in my prior posts of his speaking are taking on a new meaning with this current state of affairs. I hope he does just what he said he was going to do and go "on the air" to explain just what is happening. The Plot will thicken I am sure. Hell this might become a new series, something along the lines of "DALLAS." Well, that might be too big. Let's say "RANCHO MIRAGE AFTER DARK." Wes
