Jacob,

Isn't the simplest answer that, given a little more time, AMAT and NVLS will join KLAC. The last couple of weeks look like the start of the meltdown that many (you included) have been expecting. AMAT and NVLS are just slower to react because of current popularity but will move with the group as they have before. Maybe the sign of the bottom will be capitulation of AMAT fund buyers, since this is the strongest company.
