No new rumors on the potential de-listing. NASDAQ hearing is June 4. However, I was told by two guys close to the buyer of the MDIX assets that new terms will be announced sometime next week that are much more favorable to MDIX, making the NASDAQ hearing a slam dunk and lessening the chance of a reverse split.

However, this falls into the positive news category and doesn't allow musicguy to complain. I love it when he whines.
