******** IMPORTANT POST*** All present and Past CVIA Shareholders dates of record dec 15 to April 21 I was assured by CVIA's attorney, through my legal representation, that the merger had not happened and that CVIA's legal representation had strongly advised Jack not to do this 300 to 1 reverse split. I found out Jack is trying to circumvent the share holders right to vote on this merger, by buying WOTD. I must say it looks like Jack has filed to push through with this 300 to 1 reverse split. Now if Jack is disregarding his shareholders wishes, and his advisors to not do this split and to follow through with these ILLEGAL actions. This is what we have in place, to fight this. Please if you are interested in participating in stopping this, it can be done, but it will take litigation. Since I cannot talk of this in a public forum. If you are interested in the details, I must have your responses by no later than 9 pm MONDAY NIGHT. EMAIL ME at zone27@hotmail.com ASAP we can prevent these illegal actions from happening. I am going to see if I can find out if the individual State Attorney General offices can be of any help as well. If Mr. Arnold wants to deign our access to the corporate recorders, ignore our call for a proxy vote, ignore legal consul's request for information, ignore our complaints to the SEC, I would suggest it is time we really pull together and see what legal remedies we have at our disposal. If there were any wrong doings enacted against the shareholders what legal rights do we have to go after the CEO and the Board of Directors. I have posed these questions to various legal consul and will continue to explore what our rights are and what actions we can take to stop this dilution of our equity.
