Here's what I did

Just use Explorer to copy c:Nirvana\Ot32\Profiles to c:Nirvana\Ot35\Profiles

Being the old computer paranoid I am, I first renamed c:\Nirvana\Ot35\Profiles to c:\Nirvana\Ot35\OriginalProf but that's not strictly necessary. The point is you just want to copy the subdirectory intact from OT32 to OT35. That's what Nirvana told me to do and it seems to work fine for me.
