Brian: If you remember the earnings conference call, Pete got a question about CKFR eventually streamlining the payments system to the point where they could cut the Fed out of the loop. His reply was "no comment". I think some of the superlatives he used in describing the VISA deal reflect his thinking that this deal moves them very far along on the road to creating a seamless national payment system with CKFR at the core. Eighty-five percent electronic is a very powerful number, and should drop even more of each incremental revenue dollar to the bottom line. Charlie
