Hi thread, I got in "long" Friday, and of course I am in pain. However, I think this one was way, way overdone. Ridiculously so. I base my observation on comparing a similar company, MU. They (MU) are expected to lose 87 cents this year. Even when factoring in SMOD's revised estimates, they will *make* a buck this year.

P/E's are 11/44, SMOD/MU. Price 14/25. Somebody point out the fallacy in my comparison, please. I'm here to learn.

Now factor in increased margins re the new Malaysian plant.

I'm of the opinion that this was pure panic in a terrible market. I think this bad boy will find feet when the market gets better. There's nothing wrong with the company.

Are you greedy? I am and I bought more.

I agree 150% with everyone's opinion on it's "how" Ajay said it and not "what" he said. So again, I sound like a broken record, take advantage of his mistep and buy, if you can.
