This company fails to meet Nasdaq listing criteria on 2 counts. #1: Company is currently not reporting (at least the last time I checked the financials weren't there in FreeEdgar) #2: Closing bid needs to be $4+ for at least 30 days (I think it is 90), although AMEX requirements are $3+ for 30 days. nasdaq.com Financials are do-able within 90 days. Getting the price to $3 or $4 is not (unless a reverse-split was done), unless there is some extra-ordinary news. Kurt
