Ware, United States District Court, Northern District of California, located at 280 South First Street, San Jose, California, plaintiffs Domenico Pirraglia, Bella and Bernard Pasternak, Mohamad S. Bakizada and Henriette Bakizada, Michael C. Dodge, Peter Cole on behalf of Regulus Capital Corporation, Antonio Tripodi, and Gary . Goodman as well as those additional plaintiffs who have submitted certificates herewith (collectively, the "Movants") who purchased no less than 533,148 shares of Novell, Inc. common stock between November 1, 1996 to April 22, 1997 (the "Class Period"), have collectively suffered losses of no less than $628,110, will, and hereby do move this Court for an order granting their Motion To Be Appointed Lead Plaintiffs Pursuant to Section 21D(a)(3)(B) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and For Appointment of Lead Plaintiffs' Co-Lead Counsel (the "Motion").

Thanks for the information Eric and Elmo. Good to hear from you guys. Sorry if this information has been posted before, I've just been eyeballing the thread lately. I believe Novell will ultimately succeed, I guess I basically always have. I plan on picking up a few shares again, or doing some kind of option deal, but feel my best bet maybe after this quarter, and/or the lawsuit. Does seem that favorable press regarding a potential turn around is picking up. Even the old Novell bears at CNBC seems to acknowledge this as a possibility.
