Z contest I am not surprised at the results so far. 18 green 48 red I contribute this to the tech and oil sectors being in a bear/correction market phase. Most of the Z picks are in these sectors. So the results are not all that surprising. What good can come from this? If I look at my picks alone....I see bottoms ( or near) on both, PAIR and TSRI Both are/will be soon present good buying opportunities. The deteriorioration is not company related, but sector related. The oils are the same...sector related. One goes down, they all fall....again not company related, but "sector" related, most likely from the El Nino effect. So, how do we profit from this adversity? Number 1, WE communicate our thoughts on the sectors. Please, contest entrants...post your thoughts. I, for one, believe both tech and oils to be at or darn near the lows. and am watching for entry, the stocks I follow, in these sectors. Gold going back down now Airlines going back down, after their little rally. Oils back up? No sign yet Techs? I have noticed buying on many, near the close, only to fall farther the next day. This suggests to me...investers/traders are expecting the down trend to turn up soon. Sue Is it a holiday? Not for those who work at the market Not yet anyway ahh, The life of an addict :o)
