I'm fairly new to this DD procedure, but I was wondering if any one has concerns about "contingent liabilities" to the company as expressed in the May 20 PR....

Certain assurances and protections in the face of recent dissident shareholder activity, extreme market volatility and the possibility of regulatory enforcement action, and the existence of outstanding unpaid employee taxes...

and concerns about all of the shares issued to counteract such contingencies:

These assurances have taken the form of indemnification and an undertaking to advance legal defense costs, should they be necessary, issuance of a block of 20 Million shares of Common Stock as incentive for assuming management control, and a break-up fee of $500,000 in the event that they are removed before having an opportunity to establish and implement a strategic plan. The obligation of the company to pay the break-up fee and to indemnify Raabe and Boethling from tax liability for outstanding employee taxes is secured by the unencumbered assets of the company...

and finally, concerns about so many outstanding shares? (200 million)...

This will constitute a voting block of approximately 50 million shares or one-fourth of the total issued and outstanding common shares of the Company....

Sorry about all the questions and "cut and pastes" but I am trying to educate myself here!!

Mel

Just curious. Is Aggression Sports the same company as Planet Sports, or is it different? Reading the 8K, I didn't see anything to indicate they were the same company. Did you get this informatin from another source?

Any response appreciated. I'm not a shareholder, but am keeping my eye on this one as a possibility.

Mel,
To date, a search revealed Planet Sports, now Aggression Sports, Inc. owns Niwot, which consists of JRAT, Boulder Designs, Mountain Mend....these aquisitions are supposedly the smallest of numerous aquistions TBA'd by TVSI. I believe the PR will commence shortly. Also rumored is that a hi-profile sports celebrity will be named to the BOD. I believe the word is the aquisitions equate to $100MM revenue/yr..
THis stock has been heavily manipulated, shorted from $.30. I have added significantly to my position over the past couple of days.
Do not be intimidated by the standard dump & pump characters that leech every investment some of us post about. Do your own diligence. I believe in the merit of a TVSI investment.
All the Best
Pugs
