Bernie..I couldn't make the meeting ..I was seeing patients (home health). LGND having right to sell to LLY sounds better....If the price is based on a fair market value at the time of sale rather than the current price. If so, wouldn't LGND jump to sell another $20 million in stock if the price was high enough and they get 20% over market?? JO PS off topic, (I doubt the appeals court will uphold the ruling in it's current form on Secret Service requirement to testify before grand jury.)
