W.V.S: Currently the sma or ema 5,10,20,and 50day and lower Bollinger are all above current levels. We appear close to a bottom but may not be there as yet. The only +ve sign I see is the 7day RSI which is now near 17.30 or so.

On a fundamental basis , I find the earnings projections do not account for past earnings history. If you take that into consideration the forward projected earnings are high.
