Dr Schmidtz, The potential of this company is clear to most who post on this board. That is why the current stock price is so frustrating. There are so many points to be made, but here are two off the top of my head: Why in the world has AirStar paid FIG so much damned money to act at "consultants"? Why not hire a investors relations person at the company, pay her $40,000/yr, and save all the damned money the company has thrown at FIG, with little or nothing to show for it. Also, one dominant theme that appears on the thread from beginning to end is that Joe Lanza has been selling shares, either directly or indirectly through his son, and that this selling is responsible, at least in part, for the pitiful price of this stock. Are you intersted to find out exaclty how many shares Joe L and his son have sold during the last 18 months? I know I am. All of this withstanding (in this shareholder's mind at least), Joe Vigliarolo has the ball and he is absolutely obliged to explain what the hell he is doing with it PRONTO. Keep up the with thoughtful and informative posting. TJS

To The Shareholders of Airstar Technologies,

Wes, I don't know if IWIC has been terminated, nor if FIG has been
terminated. I have not received any notice that such has taken
place. An individual has posted on the thread that there were
problems brewing. The only information I know, has been posted
by myself. Secondly, would you not find it strange that when
Xecom/Airstar needed money there were no problems? For the record,
for 27 years I had no problems with the SEC. All of the sudden,
I have allegations made towards me and the SEC is looking up my
hoop because of the Truhers, Hartmans and Kings, mainly because of
this company. In my mind, the SEC should be looking at them for
their misrepresentations and documented paperwork. I sue, they sue,
and they file complaints with the SEC on me. Then with the crap
on the web-site, it has forced Mr. Vigliarolo to be very cautious
on all actions in respect to management. Personally, I think he
has had enough of this BS. Of course this is my own personal
opinion. All the statements in respect to unauthorized pay raises,
and other mud slinging is nonsense in my mind. I also agree with
Jack, and as I told you, there should be a shareholders meeting
immediately. The only thing I push for is if I am covering
managements airline tickets, phone bills, hotel expenses on my
American Express, I need to be re-imbursed pursuant to American
Express policies. Plus I have a contract which covers eight individuals salaries, rent, phone expenses which need to be reimbursed as agreed upon in the contract.

If I wanted to be a pain in the ass, I could very easily be one. What purpose would that do for your stock position much less mine? I am in a hold pattern until I see what the real truths are.

Lanza

Mr. Schmidtz,
<When I see comments made towards Financial Internet Group, one must
remember that they are only hired to do Investor Relations, period.
Financial Internet has not been asked to operate this company nor have
any say in management. They are only hired to converse with the
shareholders and brokerage community. Why must derogatory comments
be made at this group of individuals when they are not involved in
management?>

Think about it, with Lanza owning the number of shares he does (do we actually know how many he has) he basically hired himself to promote the stock. What is really interesting is the influence a consultant has in the hiring for such a position.

<Does any of the shareholders realize that Airstar Technologies has benefited by using the employment staff of Indian Wells Investment Corp. as an extra benefit?>

And what benefit might that be? Wait, let me think. I got it. A stock price that has gone from $4 to 15 cents.

<isn't it true Mr. Vigliarolo was interviewed for this position on the introduction of Mr. Lanza?>

Vigliarolo essentially started as a Lanza toady, and now it is coming back to haunt Joe (Lanza).

<Have you ever thought that Mr. Vigliarolo is being cautious because of the slanderous critical comments that are posted on this bulletin board towards the company and Mr. Lanza?>

True, there have been many critical comments posted, and you may not like the tone, but there is nothing slanderous.
