Scott,

Bdog, 9 and Milesofshortstuff are the scanmasters. I know the technical stuff their scans look for but not the formulas. With 9's Killer Momentum Breakout Scan you have to check the chart and look for the ones that have not yet broken out. The ones not yet running that also appear on Milesof's Shortstuff scan are on the launchpad. The ones that are above the breakout often pullback and later you'll see them on the Shortstuff scan which means they have retested the breakout and are ready to continue. This should give you about 7 or 8 stocks to check the news and fundamentals on. 9 links all his KMBS scans together so you can go back and make a list of them.

On top of all this, there's the stocks that are currently known to have an attitude:

CADE, CLCI, DATC, LGWX, MATH, SCVL, SIRC, URGI, VCR, ELGT, AINN, and 2 others that Milesov is holding back because he posted them a little while ago and nobody responded >>gg<<. MTON and BORL are working to maintain attitude so they could be tricky. If any of the attitude stocks get on the Shortstuff and Killer lists, check them out.

If you have an indicator and parameter you would like a scan for, ask Builditdog nicely and he might develop the formula for you.

As for candidates to sell short, I'll work on that this weekend but there's some good ones recently posted.

Doug R
