Thanks for the link Lawrence.
To All:
Has any one noticed the web page update? "March 31,1998 unaudited Financial Statement".
Obviously they are in bad shape financially as they have been from the beginning. It appears to me that the statement shows they have made some progress in terms of re-organizing expenses and debt positioning. The Statement does not expose any more of a "Investor Risk Situation" than what has been there from the beginning.(IMO) Apparently some share holders took it to be a new Revelation and promptly sold out to bring the share price down to .055. Why the heck did they buy in to begin with? I'm not an accountant or financial whiz so I would appreciate comments from those more knowledgeable in this area.
This company has a test proven product, system process patent rights and world wide product potential. Does anyone believe that it could go down the drain before it would be picked up or bought out for more than $1.00 per share?
It may take a year but it will reach at least $5.00 per share by then, IMO.
Anyone else care to venture an opinion?
Jim K.
