To see "how YBM Magnex got to market," read (1) the previous post, in which the FP reveals that YBM's financier and TSE sponsor, First Marathon Securities, knew all along about the company's controlling criminal shareholders; and (2) this subject's starting post by Richard Lam, which preserves misrepresentations such as those put forward by the comany's official spokesman, James Held. That's how it got as far as it did.
As for shareholders who wish to recover their money, the source probably lies in (1) above. Also, don't forget to freeze the company's bank account lest its cash be transferred to some criminally controlled financial institution in Eastern Europe.

It seems that nobody can or want to answer my question ! ! !

Why they need us as partners to share their profit from criminal activities ? ? Is not this very costly way for them to launder their money ? ? If there is profit ! ! !

I don't know how much a criminal is ready to pay for money laundering ! ! 30%..... 50% ...... 70% ...... 90% . What percentage they have in the company does not seem to justify this costly money laundering ! ! !

What seems to be very true is that the company was started by very
well known criminals, but after that they seem to hide somewhere ! !
The present key personnels seem to have clean past before they join the company apparently with no criminal records ! ! !

If non of us is able to answer these questions, then at least let us try to guess, or storm our brains.
