OK

1) No I haven't read the actual text of the documents. BUT, those documents are part of the case, AND, their content has been written about in the news. ALSO, many OEMs have complained about MS' terms of the contracts and the tying of IE with the OS contract. Internal documents that you seem to dismiss, MENTION that IE cannot challenge Netscape's browser on its own merits, HENCE, the gurus at MS decided to leverage their OS monopoly to push their IE. It doesn't get any clearer than that.

2) You don't think the explorer is free? buddy are you awake? Yours is a typical Microsoft cockpany convoluted argument.

3) Internal document is one thing, and it is another thing in the real world. I did not read those internal documents, and have no comment here

It's becuase you don't know what to say! My killing this guy is one thing, and my memoirs that show my premeditating the crime is another. I'm innocent your honor. Give me a freakin break.

But, I do not think it is wrong for a company to have internal document which includes the content about how to compete with competitos' products.

DUDE, the documents STATE clearly their intention to leverage their monopoly. DUDE, this country has laws to keep monopolies at check.

If your theory hold, then you can not say anything against the government at home , and this is count as a crime, then, do you know that it is against the constitution which the country is built on, that is, freedom of speech and freedom of expression. Did you come from Russia ?

HA? you're living in a grand illusion about freedom of speech and expression in this country. I'm from Mars. You earthlings are screwed.

Bundling

The Windows monopoly is inherently beneficial to software developers insofar as they need only master a single set of services from a single vendor. Having said that, I consider Windows to be an incoherent morass which is easy prey for superior technologies such as Java. As for Bill Gates nonsensical assertion that they are responding to customer demands for innovation I would submit the following: There are few if any applications which could not benefit from an integrated spelling checker, that is, a operating system service that programers could leverage directly from their own applications. That crashingly obvious functionality is not provided because it would have a direct and indirect impact on sales of Microsoft Office.

First of all my question to you is "have you ever read the details of those contract? or it is just your own guess or heard from the reporter ?

I have read relevant sections of the documents in question.

Have you?

Or were you just throwing up smoke and you don't have somthing substantive to say to disprove his assertion?

Mr. Ed,

Audio function blocks, or the Cash memory anymore to make the CPU
perform better (faster, and add more functionality), even the MMX
technology is illegal...

Cash memory??? Is that the new kind of memory that is so efficient
it pays for itself?????? I believe the term you're looking for is
cache memory, Ed.
