Here is the trading strategy of one holder(10000 shares):

1. I like the concept, long-term.
2. Someone called my attention to this stock about a year ago when it was trading
around $0.90. I watched & learned as much about the company as possible.
3. OCT. 97, bought in at 0.17, 10K shares.
4. Holding on to see what happens.

Simple buy & hold.

Yep, that could happen

but the TGSK thread has been surprisingly believable on the share count issue. As a personal rule of thumb, I often apply the "20% rule" when strangers quote me numbers, just lop 20% right off and assume they are 80% accurate for the sake of a conservative estimate. Many of the larger shareholders on the TGSK thread, including me, have gotten to know each other better over the phone, etc. and there is a solid core of very trustworthy folks involved. I certainly cannot argue that impostors or liars could crop up at any time and I do believe that, from time to time, these threads are visited by a variety of shorts, MMs and others whose interests may not be in line with those of a long term investor. Why would this be any different than the real world?

One thing I think we desperately need here is more visibility. I am really surprised that there is still no thread on Yahoo for this company. Does anyone have any ideas in that connection?
