LINDSEY,
I THINK WE ARE ALL ON TRACK WITH BOST..
THIS BUSINESS OF CASH FLOW IS REALLY NOT THAT BAD..IT IS ALL TIED IN WITH CASH FLOWS..SO,..
THEY MAKE PAYMENTS ON THE BONDS AND PAY EXPENSES.
AS I SEE IT, THEY CAN DO THIS AND STILL MAKE MOENY
WHERE THE STREET IS FOCUSED IS ON THE CONVERSSION OF FRANCHIEEES FOR THE VALUE OF THE LOAN AGAINST THE VALUE OF THE STORES THEMSELVES./
/ SO, WE LOOK AT THE CASH FLOW AGAIN.
SELLING THE BAGEL OPERATION COULD BRING IN , WHO KNOWS 50 MILLION IN CASH??
THEN THAT REAL ESTATE IS WORTH 100 MILLION. SO THEY GET 70 MILLION
50 PLUS 70 MILLION IN CASH WOULD STOP THE FLOW AND TERRORIZING..
NOW I AM NOT SAYING THE STOCK IS GOING UP FST.
BUT, OVER TIME IT WILL IF THEY TURN IT FROM RED TO GREEN
