My theory? As opposed to the ed and kevin "consensus of this thread" on what an OS is? That being, whatever Bill says it is? Bunch of software, whatever's on the Windows CD? You want Bill for President, see if you can get him to run. He's shown these Citizen Gates ambitions from time to time, but he's probably got more power where he is now. The President isn't exactly above the law either, although he would have the power to put Charles "Rick" Rule back in his old job. Rick'd be more useful to Bill there than in his present position, for sure. Cheers, Dan.
