Actually, the SEC scrutiny turns out to be a plus, IMO. The SEC began its investigation due to problems connected with the old management. Now there is new management and the CEO is a lawyer, who is being extremely careful to be exact and precise in all public statements, since he is painfully aware of SEC attention. This CEO is apparently the only person who is licensed to practice law in both Bolivia and the USA.

Therefore, it stands to reason that the company is not going to release inflated figures or make any statements which could even be loosely interpreted as being false or misleading. A careful reading of yesterday's release will show that all estimates are being made on a conservative basis:

>>All samples were subjected to duplicate
analysis, with approximately 20% of the samples subjected to
triplicate analysis. The lowest of the assays obtained was always
used instead of the average.
<<

From the above statement in the release, one can see that results were calculated very conservatively using the lowest possible figures, rather than the average which would most likely be more representative of the actual reserves. Thus, one can logically conclude that the reserves are most likely considerably higher than the stated figures.

I suggest paying special attention to the geological report and the letter from the president.
