TJS, Who told you that Lanza was selling his position? Or even Mario? I would have to doubt that is true. Not only does the company hate the price the stock is at, Lanza has been fuming about the fact of Proctor ripping the market apart. It doesn't do the company or us any good to see the stock at this level, I agree. But, until Proctor has dumped his position, there is no reason for the market to tick upwards. Like Dr. Schmidtz said, we have to wait until his stock has been sold. I think letting it sit down here is best, why should Proctor walk away with any more money? He didn't care about us, we shouldn't care about him. The only thing we can do now is wait for the company to make an announcement on what is going on. With all that is boiling in the pot at this time, the company will have to make some sort of press release on what will be the next move. I have the tendency to get angry and react, my apologies for that but I care what happens to this company and my investment. I apologize to JV and Lanza as well. Until we hear from any of the mentioned, and we have factual documentation of any wrong doing within this company, we should not jump the gun. From the post I read from Lanza, FIG isn't overly compensated for IR services. You know what it costs to run a small company. By the time you cover salaries, taxes and general office expenses, there isn't much left. I think FIG needs some improvement no question. But to bring someone knew in and get them trained and informed takes time. You basically will be starting over again. You should also think about what would another IR firm charge Airstar for their services? I know most of them charge quite a lot more than what FIG is getting paid. There is a couple IR firms in Denver that charge $250,000 yearly as the base fee and demand stock and options on top of their fee. This price is just for OTC companies. The fees are higher for NASDAQ stocks. So, when you look at those numbers, FIG is way below that.
