Is RMIL currently on the OTC BB?

At first, the answer to this question may seem obvious. Just because RMIL underwent a trading halt, doesn't mean it stopped being on the BB. For an exchange or NASDAQ traded stock, this reasoning clearly applies. For example, Fine Host (NASDAQ: FINE) had an extended 3.5 month halt which was discussed about two months ago on this thread. It presumably remained a NASDAQ stock (albeit non-trading) while it was halted. OTOH for a BB stock, the only real requirement (currently) is that a form 211 has been filed. When there is no approved form 211, is the stock on the BB?

While, it is hardly definitive evidence one way or the other, the link provided by 'anyone' (aka ak-len) a week ago provides a symbol lookup for BB companies:

If one performs a search for the symbol RMIL or for names beginning with 'Rocky Mountain' the appropriate match is not found (Similarly for OVIS/OLPV and Olympus).

I'm not sure of the answer to this question, but most of you probably already appreciate why the question is of interest. So I guess the above question should be rephrased as "Is RMIL currently being quoted on the OTC BB?"

I'm not sure how long it will take SEC to approve the new rules, but many expect that approval to be relatively quick. If approval takes place prior to RMIL being quoted again on the BB then ...
