Mike,

Is this information verifiable? I believe you have knowledge that is not available to most people just by calling the company. I am not questioning your integrity just trying to ensure that your information does not fall into the "OPINION" column. The SI threads are full of unsubstantiated hype and it is prudent to understand the difference between a rough diamond and a piece of soot covered coal.

I'm trying to be prudent, doing research before I invest, so that I understand as much as possible so that surprises are limited.

I appreciate your responses thanks,

Kevin

Mike,
Thank you very much for your response to my "What is the MDIX storyline?" post.

The more I delve, the more complex the future of MDIX seems to get. This Friday's (May 29) board meeting would seem to be a powerful pivot point for the company's future.

Either the company decides:
1.) To approve the reverse split;
2.) To allow MDIX to be bought out by another company;
3.) To announce a stock buy back;
4.) To go private; or
5.) Something else no one has postulated yet (!).

I have a new question for you:
When you say that news may be forthcoming that would 'slam dunk' the NASDAQ hearing and lessen the chance of a reverse split, does that mean you see the share price going over $2/share in the near future? Someone has posted that if MDIX does not reach a $2 share price soon, a reverse split will occur.

Maybe I don't understand what the $2 per share goal is all about (is that some sort of NASDAQ requirement? Or an MDIX we-are-shooting-for-this internal goal only?). It seems to me that the odds are > 95% that this company is not going to reach a $2 share price in the next few weeks meaning that a reverse split is practically inevitable.

Thanks in advance,
Chris
