Why would you ask a question to which you already know the answer?

A joint venture would only be a lifesaver for TTRIF, not Trooper, since Trooper only requires the information already ordered by the Court to be delivered. Trooper has everything else: huge supply of high-quality organic waste, business and technical expertise and perhaps most importantly - INVESCO.

Trooper declined a joint-venture last October. That is probably the main reason for Rene's recent retaliation.
