I think it is more prudent to use much higher figures for the number of fully diluted shares out. I've heard between 130 and 180 million. The exact figure should be contained in the pending annual report. It's better to err on the high side IMO.

Of course, it depends on the definition each company is using for "indicated resource". I am not sure if MINE has done the same kind of work that Arequipa did to come up with a indicated resource of 78M ounces. Arequipa's work spanned over several months and included the several holes of drilling and digging of 3 large channels into a mountain...and they reached 6M ounces on this basis.
