Reg, et. al. -- Today I spoke with Brad (last name not given), who is an independent IR consultant apparently hired by Premier Equities to be a spokesman for ERHC. However, he was not aware of anything new in regard to any of the major deals ERHC has been working on. He said he only talks to the company "infrequently, feeling their time is better spent by not having to answer questions from me on behalf of shareholders all the time." In fact he didn't even know about the Mexican environmental project and that they had access to an incinerator. He did not seem particularly knowledgeable to me in either the energy field or the ER business. Also nothing new was learned in regard Panama, Texas, Utah or STP, even though I asked him specifically about those projects. Sorry guys and gals, but this one was a bust. However, I do appreciate Brad's candor in saying that all he knew was what was contained in the company's press releases. Regards -- Jeff
