Thanx, John. Sometimes things get overly mystical here, but I think the company has a good basis. The problem is that MDIX is a new animal and nobody really knows how to value it. Pie-in-the-sky internet? Dime-a-dozen computer consulting? Has-been medical staffing?

So, we get valued for what they can understand...cash. IMHO, this is why reverse-splitting won't hurt to much. How much are they going to discount cash? Anyway, what we need is a better understanding of the revenue stream, and I think the next earnings statement will go a long way in helping jumpstart the stock. Sometimes, asking about revenue on this board is seen as heresy. "How vulgar. We're saving the world here!" Yada,Yada. Mother Teresa was a great lady, be she didn't earn a dime.
If the street knew how to assign value to one "subscriber", not only could we get some fair value here, but they could assign value to future potential growth. THAT'S where a stock really starts to move!

Also, I would personally like to thank all of you out there who served and fought for this country in the past, especially those who fought and those who died in WWII against the Nazi's. Thank You.

Remember, don't buy any Krupp brand appliances!

Have a good weekend.

Doug
