If they are running low on cash to finance day to day operations then look for a private placement soon to tide things over until Kazakstan settles.IMHO tremendous pressure can be applied to this country to force them to settle.They are quite anxious to see more investors come in to develop Kazakstan and with a good Washington law firm making them see the light they probably will settle out of court.

If you look at a chart for WWS it suggests that the stock was led down for a private placement.
