Good evening Ward.

It is taking a bit longer than expected but, as the man says, it is worth waiting for! Yes, we will be able to repurchase Pyng at about 1/3 of the price it reached last winter.

I strongly believe that Pyng will make an excellent long-term investment. However, we must first lose speculators who got in as a momentum play last winter. Many of them have left already and more are leaving every week.

Look at the chart: despite 'press releases' every two weeks or so, the stock has been going down regularly for the last three months.

I was very fortunate to buy at 1.30 in February, just before the rise and sell a few weeks later very near the top when everyone was panicking to get in. One must remember the old adage: sell it when they want it!

The way I look at it is very simple: if it was good for Mr Jacobs and other insiders to buy at .80 less than six months ago, it is good for me at $ 2.00, may be a bit more.

Patience my friend, patience.

Have a very nice day.

Pierre

>>I'll have to bid $2.51.<< Only after I have scooped up shares at $275 and $2.52, will your order be filled.
