I may be full of it (no need to let me know), but every once in a while a deal comes along that puts you over the top. I think MIDLP is the one.

100% of my original investment (and more) long on MIDLP,

Dan

I agree with you which is why I created BTS. However on this one I am not going to. That is me being crazy I guess.

OLd timer was said when asked how he got rich on the stock market, "I always sold to quick however I knew when to hold for the long term."

Me this is a long term which is why I am still accumulating it instead of looking at selling it. I have one of rhte lowest AMSC there is. and Only one person has more than I do on - line investor list.

I agree everyone is going to buy and sell which is right for them. But as this one gets closer and closer to why all this is happening I want to hold as much as posible.

Just my personal take and decision.

GB

To All: People should be looking at what will be happening between now and May 29th and where we are presently.

I'm convinced that last Monday's announcment was merely a wake-up call if somebody was dozing. At the time I thought that was excellent news (it still is but it's the tip of the iceburg).

The reality is that Arcon could have set the SOR date for the dividend to be immediate instead of May 29th. Current shareholders would still have be rewarded. The effect of setting May 29th as the date, is that current longterm shareholders bought more preferred. The current base was always strong, but this made it stronger. Nobody in their right mind would sell the preferred.

Thurday evening we have the press release with Exxon. Compared to the dividend this news is MUCH better. The price goes up and a new higher base is established. Also the new shareholders who buy the preferred also get the benefit of a dividend. This practically locks in the higher base.

Arcon has had lots of stuff in the pipeline which may have come to fruition at the same time or at nearly the same time, with more to come after May 29th. Either way the strategy they are following is staggering of news releases in increasing/same order of importance and saving the best for last.

I know there will be news next week, I can feel it.

The only thing that I can think of that would be better than Exxon news, is the signing of additional contracts and begin the work on constructing addition DF-144 plants.

News that would be equivalent is if another/several majors followed Exxon's lead and also test DF-144. Investors who don't follow Exxon but another major oil company will find out about Arcon (and depending on timing) may also get the preferred dividend. Effect is another higher base developed, and probably sufficient enough for it to escape the OTC-BB's gravity field, just as a rocket has various stages to escape Earth's gravity field.

I'm not sure how the 10-k fits in. It might cause investors who refuse to invest without audited financials filed via Edgar, to take a look at Arcon. If there are any earnings the stock will go up because BB stocks with earnings in a 10-k are a rarity. If there aren't earnings it shouldn't have an impact since those are historical numbers and don't reflect the future earnings potential.

Ideas/comments??
